Sealed bids to determine fate of Trumbull property
Madison Hawk, a national real estate firm specializing in structured accelerated sales, will hold a sealed-bid auction for the Riverview Corporate Campus at 48 Monroe Turnpike in Trumbull.
The auction will include the sale of the two-story, 252,948 square-foot building and the 17.67 acres on which it sits. The property was constructed for conversion to multitenant use and has flexible business and commercial zoning, which will allow for repositioning into alternative uses, according to a statement from Madison Hawk announcing the auction.
Madison Hawk reported the corporate center has undergone a full modernization with new common areas, lobby, bathrooms, elevators, and an upgrade and/or replacement of the HVAC units and is outfitted with full service cafeteria, fitness center with locker rooms and 15,000 square-feet of data center equipped with three backup generators. There are also more than 1,230 parking spaces, primarily covered.
Madison Hawk said it was unable to release any information on the expected bid range.
The sealed bid deadline for the real estate auction is Tuesday, Dec. 8.

On-site inspections begin today and will continue Nov. 19, 24 and Dec. 2 by appointment at 11 a.m.
