A team of four Greenwich real estate agents called The Fieldstone Group has moved from Sotheby”™s International Realty to work at Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
The group is comprised of real estate agents Lyn Stevens, Beverley Toepke, Robin Kencel and Scott Elwell, according to a Douglas Elliman press release. After selling that company, she rejoined Sotheby”™s.
Toepke has worked in Greenwich for nearly 20 years and is ranked among the top 5 percent of Greenwich realtors.
With 29 years experience in the real estate industry, Douglas Elliman said Kencel is known for restoring historic residences and is ranked among the top 10 Greenwich realtors.

The Fieldstone Group will work together and operate out of Elliman”™s Greenwich office, the company”™s flagship location for the region, at 88 Field Point Road.
