Norwalk seeks community input for HUD grant fund usage
NORWALK – The City of Norwalk wants to hear from the community regarding how it should use funds it has received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development through a block grant.
Community feedback provides the city with perspectives as it determines priority needs and establishes goals for its Consolidated Plan 2025-2029 and Annual Action Plan 2025 as well as its updated analysis of impediments to fair housing.
It has planned all-day, in-person and virtual community meetings on Monday, Oct. 21 to discuss community needs, existing resources, and ways to address gaps for the city’s most vulnerable residents.
