Norwalk office building sells for $1.4 million
A local businesswoman bought a Norwalk office building for $1.4 million after recent buyers flipped the property.
Bruce Wettenstein, SOIR and partner with Vidal/Wettenstein, a commercial real estate firm based in Westport, announced Emily Meehan bought the two-story, 5,600-square-foot building on 185 East Ave.
The property was recently sold to Harmony LLC, which was going to use the facility, but due to a change in plans, decided to flip the property.
Wettenstein was the listing broker. Susan Cooper of Berkshire Hathaway represented Meehan. David Stergas of Norwalk-based DePanfilis & Vallerie provided counsel for Meehan.
Richard Lewis of New Canaan-based Urban Thier & Federer, P.A. provided counsel for Harmony.
