New printing from old hand at the game

Xerox of Norwalk has launched its Print Services set designed to help small- and mid-sized businesses better manage their printing infrastructure and reduce costs.

“Just like major corporations, small- and medium-sized businesses are looking for ways to cut costs and we are equipping our channel partners with the technology and knowledge to make that possible,” said Stephen Cronin, president, Xerox Global Services.

Cronin said the new services are based on the same standards that the company provides directly to corporations like Procter & Gamble, KeyCorp and Dillard’s Inc.

The service has been made available first to Xerox”™s Western Europe clients and will come to the U.S. during 2009.

“To simplify for our customers how to better manage their printing, we’re taking a brand-agnostic approach to the value we provide to small and medium businesses,” said Cronin.

Cronin said the service gives partners the flexibility to build their own branded capability while taking advantage of the training, services, supplies, software and technology support.
