Milford investment retail property in sells for $1M

PPG Paints at 773 Bridgeport Avenue in Milford.

PPG paints will stay on at 773 Bridgeport Ave. in Milford after the property was sold to private investors by H & S Olson LLC.

The property sold for $1,096,000.

The 4,800-square-foot building, set on .3 acres, is a “sound retail investment,” said Jon Angel, president of Southport-based Angel Commercial LLC, which represented the sellers in the transaction. “The building is fully leased to a single tenant with a corporate guarantee from a Fortune 500 Company.”

According to Angel, his company has four other properties for sale with PPG Paints as the tenant, in Danbury, Bridgeport and Waterbury.
