The Global Executive of Ridgefield has experienced another year of growth with its application eTouches increasing customers by more than 300 percent and expanding into Europe, Africa and Down Under.
“We are very excited about the progress that we have made this year,” said Leonora Valvo, CEO of The Global Executive.
ETouches is a Web-based tool for meeting and event management. The Global Executive was founded in 1998 and is certified as a woman-owned business by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.
The customer expansion included into Europe, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
“All of our key business indicators are up, including new customer numbers, registrations and revenue,” said Valvo. “In addition to expanding into several new countries, we also added a number of prestigious new customers such as the Financial Times and the Smiley Group.”
The Global Executive is currently operating the second version of the eTouches application called eTouches 2, which includes budget management and seat planning capabilities.
“These new capabilities are in response to requests from our customers,” said Valvo. “One of our strengths as a company is that we are in the events business ourselves and can quickly translate customer requests into workable solutions.”
According to Valvo, The Global Executive has directly affected its clients”™ ability to increase attendance, control costs and project the most professional image possible.
