REDDING – Meadow Ridge, a luxury continuing care retirement community, has appointed three associates to key leadership roles in administration, traditional care, and security.

Paul Brown, the associate executive director, has added the role of administrator for Ridge Crest, the community’s Sub-Acute Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing neighborhood. Brianny Genao joins Meadow Ridge as a traditional care director and Christopher Harvey has been promoted to security/ES supervisor.

Brown, who has been with Meadow Ridge since 2015, brings a diverse background in senior living and a dedication to continuing education. He holds master’s degrees in exercise science and nutrition, business administration and is pursuing a doctorate in business administration. In his new role, Paul emphasizes the importance of providing residents with more than just a stay—he aims to ensure they have a comprehensive and comfortable recovery experience.

Harvey was promoted after a year as the third-shift security officer at Meadow Ridge. He has a background as a caregiver and firefighter/EMT, bringing a strong foundation in both senior care and emergency services. As supervisor, he has developed a mission statement focused on leading with C.A.R.E.—Communication, Accountability, Responsibility and Efficiency.

“We are fortunate to have such dedicated, skilled and compassionate associates,” said Meadow Ridge Executive Director Chris Barstein. “Paul, Brianny and Christopher all embody the spirit of excellence and the values that set Meadow Ridge apart.”
