Halstead Property ups its Greenwich presence

Residential real estate firm Halstead Property has doubled the size of its Greenwich office space with a consolidating move to 125 Mason St.

The new space ”“ owned by Halstead ”“ has more than 10,000 square feet across three floors. Halstead previously rented smaller spaces at 56 Mason Street and on Holly Hill Lane.

Halstead maintains seven offices in Fairfield County and another 25 offices in New York, from the Hudson Valley to the Hamptons, and in New Jersey, employing 1,200 sales and rental agents.

“With more than 10,000 square feet, the new state-of-the-art office space has been completely renovated,” Halstead said in a statement. The new office features five conference rooms, a library, private offices and a training facility.

To promote the new office, the firm launched a multimedia advertising campaign.

“When we expanded to the Connecticut marketplace nearly six years ago, we were so proud to have opened in Greenwich, Darien, Rowayton, New Canaan, Stamford, Westport and Wilton,” Halstead CEO Diane M. Ramirez said in a statement. “Based on the phenomenal success that we have experienced in these local communities, we identified a strong need to increase our Greenwich presence and build an outstanding training facility for our agents.”
