Four lease space at The Offices at Greens Farms

Four new tenants have signed leases at The Offices at Greens Farms in Westport within the past three months, the property”™s exclusive leasing agent, Cushman & Wakefield Inc., recently announced.

Cushman & Wakefield leased 18,000 square feet to Triplepoint Partners, 7,000 square feet to United Bank, 2,500 square feet to Accelent Inc. and 2,500 square feet to Nightskye Capital Management, bringing total leasing activity to 85,283 square feet since the Silverman Group bought the two-building office park in the first quarter of 2013.

The company completed a multimillion-dollar capital improvement project at the 120,121-square-foot complex at 55/57 Greens Farm Road. Upgrades include a new cafe, fitness center and elevator cabs at 55 Greens Farms Road; a new lobby and elevator cabs at 57 Greens Farm Road; and new signage, shuttle service to the Westport train station and downtown, and landscaping and outdoor lighting.
