Former Papa John’s location in Stamford acquired for $745,000

Graduation Home Inc. has acquired the mixed-use building at 313 Hope St. for $745,000.

Silvester Garza of Vidal/Wettenstein represented ownership on the sale of the building, the former site of a Papa John”™s Pizza, on what he described as “a busy corner lot.”

The buyer was represented by Andres Cifuentes at Smart Realty Services Corp.
