Fairfield industrial building sells for $1 million

Southport-based Angel Commercial LLC has announced the sale of 107 Ardmore St. in Fairfield for $1 million to Ardmore LLC as an investment, according to Angel President Jon Angel, who represented the buyer in the transaction. The seller was 107 Ardmore LLC.

The property consists of an 8,196-square-foot industrial building on 0.63 acres. Electrical Wholesalers is the current tenant.
