Fairfield Chamber hosts annual Spring Fling Party this week

With the arrival of spring comes the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce’s annual fundraiser and silent auction event, the 2016 Spring Fling Party.

The event, which will be at the Fairfield Museum and History Center at 6 p.m. Thursday, will feature food and beverage provided by several regional restaurants including Geronimo Tequila Bar & Southwest Grill, The Castle on Post, Quattro Pazzi, The Local Meatball, Taberna Restaurant Tapas & Wine Bar, Plan B Fairfield, Jinn”™s Fresh Noodle House, Riverside Baking Company and Alina”™s Patisserie to name a few.

A rosé bar will also be available courtesy of Harry’s Wine & Liquor Shop.

Silent auction items will include the weekend use of a BMW or Mercedes vehicle, the weekend use of a Land Rover; Land Rover off-road driving experience (a 2-hour clinic from Land Rover Driving School @ the Equinox VT); $200 Gift Certificate to the Equinox Resort in Manchester, VT; spa packages; party tent with wine and caterer; professional sports event tickets; restaurant gift cards; personal services (plastic surgery, vein improvement procedures); theater tickets; business advertising packages; hotel rooms; fitness classes and more.

Tickets are $65 and the event is open to the public. The Fairfield Museum and History Center is located at 370 Beach Road in Fairfield.
