Elizabeth Arden expanding Stamford office
Consumer fragrance and cosmetics company Elizabeth Arden Inc. will expand its Stamford headquarters by nearly 3,500 square feet, landlord Malkin Properties recently announced.
One of four global Elizabeth Arden headquarters offices is at 200 First Stamford Place. Beginning July 1, the expansion will bring the firm’s total occupancy there to slightly more than 53,000 square feet.
“From the start of our tenancy, we have been very impressed with the amenities, convenience to transportation and tenant services at First Stamford Place,” said James Cantela, vice president of design and construction with Elizabeth Arden, in a press release. The company has been a tenant at First Stamford Place since 1995.
