CTSBDC adds digital marketing CRM expert as a business advisor

EAST HARTFORD – A business ambassador to the Connecticut Office of Manufacturing has joined the Connecticut Small Business Development Center as a business advisor.

Dean Schwartz, who has 20 years of expertise in marketing operations, digital marketing, CRM administration, manufacturing, and sales enablement, worked for Vitaquest International LLC in West Caldwell, New Jersey, as a CRM specialist, CRM administrator, and sales enablement specialist. He manage all Zoho CRM & SQL application integrations as enterprise admin for Vitaquest.

As a former president with extensive expertise in manufacturing operations, Schwartz understands the challenges and opportunities businesses face in this sector, according to a CTSBDC press release. He also specializes in leveraging technology solutions and SaaS platforms to enhance team productivity and support smarter decision-making.

Schwartz holds a BBA in marketing from the University of Georgia.
