CT.gov website gets a new look
CT.gov, the state”™s official website, is going into the new year with a new look. The website has been redesigned with the promise of more user-friendly navigation and a new degree of interactivity.
The website”™s home page highlights some of the most commonly accessed sections relating to state services, including “Business” and “Education,” along with a new topic search feature designed to offer more refined answers to online inquiries. Also new to the site are interactive online feedback polls that will be used to determine potential site improvements.
“We want to ensure that residents, businesses, and visitors have the tools they need to access and engage their state government, and one of the best and most efficient ways of accomplishing this is through a modernized online presence that makes their interactions with government services as simple and easily accessible as possible,” Gov. Dannel P. Malloy said. “As the development of our state”™s online presence continues, we are keeping an eye toward ensuring that new features continue to be added that improve the experience for our constituents, especially for our most novice users.”
The state has also redesigned the official websites for Malloy and Lt. Gov. Nancy Wyman.
