Critelli earns $9.4 million at PB

Stamford mail systems company Pitney Bowes Inc. paid its outgoing chief executive officer $9.4 million in compensation last year, including the estimated value of stock options that vest in future years.
Michael Critelli received $5.9 million in compensation the previous year.
Critelli announced last month that he would step aside as CEO in mid May, with corporate President Murray Martin slated to replace him.
Murray”™s compensation was $4.8 million in 2006.
