Coldwell Banker ups real estate presence

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Greenwich recently acquired the assets of Round Hill Partners Inc., an independently owned and operated real estate company in Greenwich.

Renee Gallagher, president and founder of Round Hill Partners and a 30-year veteran of the real estate industry, will join Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as a sales associate. The Round Hill Partners”™ single sales office at 189 Mason St. in Greenwich will now operate as Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

The deal maintains the 27 sales associates affiliated with Round Hill Partners.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is part of NRT L.L.C., which it bills as the nation”™s largest residential real estate brokerage company.

This is the second acquisition in the Greenwich market by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage during the past five months. The company previously acquired Greenwich Fine Properties L.L.C. in October.
