Cimbali takes Fairfield lease

Espresso machine maker Grupo Cimbali S.p.A. is moving its U.S. headquarters within Fairfield, taking nearly 4,000 square feet of space at 418 Meadow St.

Separately, the Denver-based Internet marketing company Ifficient Inc. leased a smaller office in the same building, with both transactions brokered by Angel Commercial L.L.C.

Cimbali opened its first U.S. office in 2006 in Chicago, later establishing a main U.S. office in Fairfield at 1172 Post Rd. The Italy-based company marks its 100th anniversary this year.
