A cozy retreat for $32 million

In a region where $10 million homes are not uncommon, a recent Greenwich listing was still an eye-opener.

A 12,000-square-foot mansion on the Gold Coast was placed on the market with
an asking price of $32 million, according to several sources.

It includes more than 400 feet of shoreline and features its own beach, stone peer and deep mooring.

The 58-year-old Weinstein produced “Pulp Fiction,” “Shakespeare in Love,” “Scary Movie” and “The King”™s Speech.”

His brother, fellow film producer Harvey Weinstein, lives in Westport.

The home is one of at least four properties for sale above $10 million in the town. The average listing price in Greenwich for the week ending July 24 was $4.2 million.
