We all scream for – well, you know whatÂ
Sunday, July 16, is the holiday of one of the most beloved desserts, especially in summer. We”™re talking about National Ice Cream Day. New Yorkers love their coffee so much that they prefer coffee ice cream; Connecticut residents favor chocolate most. But vanilla remains the world”™s favorite flavor, probably because it”™s so versatile.
Indeed, we love nothing more than this no-muss, no-fuss ice cream sundae: Place two squares of your favorite chocolate and a few drops of half and half in a small bowl. Melt the squares in the microwave for less than a minute. Stir the melted chocolate.
Top it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and nuts. Mmm, yum.
