Eventing is the triathlon of equestrian sports ”“ dressage (precision movements by the horse to minimal commands), cross country and stadium jumping. The Millbrook Horse Trials (MHT), recognized by the United States Eventing Association (USEA), brings together some 400 riders and support staff in all classes, from beginners to advanced, for four days in Dutchess County ”“ Thursday, July 27, through Sunday, July 30.
