The Norwalk Art Space adds a music program

The Norwalk Art Space introduces its new Petty-Drayton Music Program Sunday, Jan. 22.

From 3 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 22, the Norwalk Art Space will host a performance to launch The Petty-Drayton Music Program directed by Intempo, a Stamford-based youth-development organization that offers music education. The event features student performances with multi-instrumentalist Charley Drayton and an introduction to the program by Bernard Drayton and Adria Petty.

Said Duvian Montoya, the art space”™s artistic and educational director: “Growing up in Norwalk, I could only dream of attending a program like this. I am so proud that in addition to our free visual art classes for the students of Norwalk we can connect the young vibrant artistic community here to music instruction as well.”
