Goosefeather”¯in Tarrytown kicks off its new guest chef series by welcoming Einat Admony of New York City”™s Balaboosta”¯to Goosefeather for a singular event today ”“ Thursday, March 23 ”“ at 6:30 p.m. The two will collaborate on a six-course, family-style tasting menu ($170 per person).  

Admony is a pillar of the international Israeli cooking community, a three-time James Beard nominated chef and a double-time champion and competitor on”¯Food Network”™s “Chopped” and “Throwdown!” with Bobby Flay. She is also the author of two cookbooks, “Balaboosta” (2013) and “Shuk” (2019).
