At 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21, ConnectFairfield is hosting a Mozzarella Making Dinner and Wine Swap at The Italian Kitchen in Fairfield to benefit Operation Hope, which runs a food pantry and community kitchen for people in need. You’ll enjoy the mozzarella you make with assorted Italian cured meats and imported cheeses; along with penne à la vodka, eggplant Parmigiano, chicken Marsala, dessert, coffee and the wines you bring to share.
