Goosefeather set to reopen Lawn Bar
Just in time for the Memorial Day weekend, Goosefeather in Tarrytown reopens its Lawn Bar Friday, May 26. The Lawn Bar will be open Thursdays through Saturdays from 5 to 10:30 p.m. with food and beverage table service (small plates, dim sum, wines by the glass), as well as live DJ music. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays, the lawn areas are still open, but there is no table service or live music. Guests can go inside the restaurant to order food and drink and take it out to the lawn to enjoy.”¯
An exception is Sunday, May 28, 1 to 4 p.m., when the Goosefeather culinary team joins forces with chef David DiBari of The Cookery and The Parlor in Dobbs Ferry and the DoughNation mobile wood-fired pizza and beer truck.
The offerings will include Korean-inspired barbecue (Galbi Burger, Spicy Pork, Kimbap, Soy-Sesame Grilled Squid) and soju punches, reflecting Goosefeather”™s Asian-influenced cuisine; as well as a selection of DiBari”™s wood-fired pizzas and craft beers from Run & Hide Brewery.
Tickets are $150 for food and drinks, $75 for food alone. A portion of the proceeds benefit the Dobbs Ferry Food Pantry, which serves families in need every Wednesday outside the South Presbyterian Church.”¯
