Everything’s coming up Rosés

“There comes the time of the year where drinkers want one thing ”” light, poolside-sipping, barely-blush Rosé,” writes Forbes.com.

As summer sizzles, Rosé is having a moment. ”¯On Thursdays, Goosefeather, the modern Chinese restaurant in Tarrytown, is offering lawn guests half off bottles of Ros锯at the Lawn Bar”¯with the purchase of food from the”¯lawn menu.”¯The Lawn Bar is open 6 to 10:30 p.m.

Peach Frosé Cocktail

Cut 16 ounces of peaches into bit-size chunks and throw them in the freezer overnight.

Put the frozen peaches into a high-powered blender and add a cup of cold Rosé. (FreshDirect recommends using one of the Rosés at the bottom of this recipe.) If you like your drinks sweet, add in a tablespoon of honey, such as”¯Zach and Zoë Sweet Bee Farm Wildflower Honey

Blend, blend, blend. Pour the frosé into a chilled tall glass and garnish with a peach slice.

For this peachy-keen frosé, FreshDirect recommends using one of the following:
