An early St. Patrick’s Day in White Plains

The city of White Plains gets a jump on the day when everyone is a wee bit Irish ”“ St. Patrick”™s Day, Friday, March 17 ”“ with a St. Patrick”™s Day Parade Saturday, March 11. Members of the White Plains chapter of the Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA) will be among the marchers at noon, with everyone gathering first for a 10 a.m. tailgate party of hot chocolate, coffee and doughnuts in the Waller-Livingston parking lot behind the Italian Pavilion Pizzeria, 377 Mamaroneck Ave.
