For food lovers
Apropos, a contemporary American restaurant at the Abbey Inn & Spa in Peekskill, is serving up a farm-to-table Valentine’s Day with a three-course, prix-fixe menu that includes a choice of six appetizers; Hudson Valley duckling with green peppercorns, Hakurei turnips and ginger sweet potato; black bass poché with a zucchini galette and pastry fleuron; and a Belgian chocolate dome with a soft caramel center and crème anglaise.
