Stamford’s St. Francis Episcopal Church to host Dec. 3 Christmas concert

St. Francis Episcopal Church in Stamford is getting a jump on the holiday season by announcing “The Wonder of Christmas” concert, to be held on Dec. 3 at 4:00 p.m.

This year’s concert features a quintet of singers – Frank Mastrone, Sarah Bleasdale, Julia Gmeiner, Jim Fredericks and Richard Weidlich – offering a selection of holiday favorites ranging from pop tune classics including “The Christmas Song” and “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year” to sacred favorites including “O Holy Night” and “Ave Maria.”

Tickets are $30 for general admission and $10 for students, and sales are now available online. More information about this event is available on the St. Francis website.
