Green Business Challenge speaker series to take place Friday
A speaker panel about green business and sustainable practices is being held Friday, Dec. 11, as part of a series hosted by the Business Council of Westchester, Westchester Community College and Westchester County.
The panel includes: Kevin Plunkett, deputy county executive; Marsha Gordon, president and CEO of the Business Council; Jane Solnick, director of public affairs at Con Edison; Dani Glaser, CEO of Green Team Spirit; Christopher Hale, founder and president of SunBlue Energy; Jill Davis, director of the Hendrick Hudson Free Library; and Jeffrey Hogan, energy and sustainability manager for Montefiore Medical Center.
The event, called Westchester Green Business Challenge, will start at 8 a.m. at The Gateway Center on the Westchester Community College campus in Valhalla.
