Westchester County publishes magazine promoting business environment

A glossy, 56-page magazine-style guide promoting Westchester County is the latest tool in the county”™s effort to promote its business environment.

The guide, titled “Why Westchester,” advocates for the county”™s talent, value, accessibility, quality of life and business resources, according to a press release from Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino”™s office.

Designed with commercial brokers and business organizations in mind, the guide features data on industries such as biotech, finance and real estate.

The guide was developed as a partnership between the Westchester County Office of Economic Development and Today Media, publisher Westchester Magazine, Hudson Valley Magazine and 11 other regional publications. The guide was funded through advertising sales and did not require public funds.
