An office building at 30 Glenn St. in White Plains, next to the North White Plains Metro-North Train Station, has been sold for $3.5 million, according to Houlihan Lawrence Commercial.
The four-story building was constructed in 1971 according to a property listing and has 69 on-site parking spaces. The parcel of land was described as being 0.84-acre. The listing said that preliminary architectural plans had been created for a 52-unit residential adaptive reuse of the property.

The property is close to where the $178 million North White Plains apartment project is due to be built on Haarlem Avenue and Holland Avenue. Two apartment buildings are to be constructed, one with 163 apartments and the other with 133 apartments.
The seller of 30 Glenn St., Glenn Street Associates, was represented by Mike Rackenberg, managing director of Houlihan Lawrence Commercial. The buyer, Naber Primiano, was represented by Daniel Cantamessa of RPM Westchester.
The building contains 54,872 square feet. Major selling points included its proximity to the train station and convenient access to downtown White Plains, downtown White Plains, major regional highways and Manhattan via Metro-North or over the road.
“The sale of 30 Glenn Street demonstrates continued demand for well-located commercial properties in Westchester County,” Rackenberg said. “Properties with excellent accessibility and strong long-term investment fundamentals continue to attract buyers looking to capitalize on opportunities throughout the region.”
