DVB sells a dozen commercial properties in 2015

DVB Commercial Realty LLC on River Street in Norwalk tallied a dozen sales of buildings within Fairfield County in 2015 totaling 120,000 square feet.

In a statement released by company principal Robert Virgulak, DVB placed the value of the deals at $11,737,518.59.

The sales spanned Danbury to Stamford to Bridgeport.

The properties included 11 Lois Street, Norwalk; Turn of River Road, Stamford; 5 Myrtle St., Norwalk; 15 Chapel St., Norwalk; 629 Knowlton St., Bridgeport; 1 Testa Place, Norwalk; 28 Candlelight Drive, Danbury; 1-5 Chestnut St., Norwalk; 11 North Ave., Norwalk; 15 Hemlock Place, Norwalk; a property at 148 East Ave., Norwalk; and 2362 E. Main St., Bridgeport.
