Priceline, JetBlue ink deal

For the first time, Norwalk-based Priceline.com Inc. will begin publishing JetBlue fares on its airline ticketing Web site.

The companies did not disclose financial terms of the agreement.

JetBlue”™s nearest terminals to Fairfield County are at Westchester County Airport and at Stewart International Airport in Newburgh, N.Y.

Separately, last month Priceline.com acquired Agoda Company Ltd. for $15 million in cash up front, and up to $142 million more if Agoda achieves unspecified performance goals. Based in Singapore, Agoda books flights in the Asia-Pacific region.

In the third quarter, Priceline.com earned $104 million on $417 million in revenue.
