Toll Brothers completes Shelton Cove development

Shelton Cove, an upscale townhouse development at 560 River Road in Shelton, hosts a grand-opening and ribbon-cutting on July 22, at 5 p.m. A number of units are already listed for sale.

There are 36 units described as “luxurious townhomes with spectacular water views” and also as “green,” minimizing impact on the environment. The property fronts the Housatonic River.

Toll Brothers is marketing the townhouses on its website. The website newhomes.move.com recently displayed nine Shelton Cove homes ranging in price from the mid-$400,000 range to above $600,000.

Shelton Mayor Mark Lauretti and Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce President Bill Purcell are expected to attend the kickoff event along with developer Toll Brothers”™ Jeff Meinke, project manager, June Marcucio, sales manager, and Rich Jepson, construction manager.
