‘Cement Heads’ TV series focuses on Eastchester business
An Eastchester family”™s construction company is at the center of a reality cable TV series called “Cement Heads” that premiered on A&E Network on Tuesday night.
Eastchester-based WJL Equities and its employees are the stars of the new series, which is co-produced by The Weinstein Company-owned Dimension TV. According to an A&E Network press release, the employees “can”™t quite get the hang of being in front of the camera.”
“’Does somebody want to say action?”™ confused company owner Billy Lougheed asks the production crew of the first day of filming,” the release said.
The series focuses on Lougheed, his wife and business partner, Danielle, and Joe “Chubby” Luciano, Lougheed”™s best friend. Lougheed”™s parents will also feature prominently in the series.
