Ribbon-cutting for Release Recovery facility

A ribbon-cutting and grand opening has been held for Release Recovery’s 7,698-square-foot outpatient facility in Purchase, its first outpatient treatment facility in New York state. Simone Development Companies and its partner in the Purchase Professional Park, Fareri Associates, have leased space at their building at 3020 Westchester Ave., to Release Recovery, an organization that helps individuals and their families recover from substance use and mental health disorders.

Matthew Lisk of Cushman and Wakefield and Sean Heneghan, assistant general counsel at Simone represented Simone in the lease transaction.

Simone also has signed a lease with Healy Electric Contracting for 16,750 square feet of space in Simone’s 120,000-square-foot, two-story industrial/flex/office building at 1 Zeiss Drive in Thornwood.

Ownership was represented by Michael Rao and Frank Rao from New York Commercial Realty Group and the tenant was represented by William Cuddy from CBRE.
