WCC offers financial education program at Chappaqua Library
Westchester Community College is teaming up with the Chappaqua Library to sponsor “Take the Mystery Out of Your Finances,” a series of three programs for people to learn about investments and financial planning.
The series is designed to help individuals better understand basic concepts of investing, retirement planning, tax-deferred vehicles such as 401(k)s and IRAs, and investment products such as mutual funds and exchange traded funds.
The sessions will be offered at 7 p.m. at the Chappaqua Library Jan. 30, Feb. 13 and Feb. 27. All of the sessions will be presented by financial professionals or Certified Financial Planners.
