Motl named executive vice president, commercial banking at Webster Bank

Christopher Motl has been promoted to executive vice president, head of commercial banking at Webster Bank. Previously executive vice president, middle market banking, Motl will now lead all commercial banking units, including sponsor and specialty finance; middle market banking; commercial real estate; Webster Business Credit Corp.; Webster Capital Finance; and treasury and payment solutions/government and institutional banking.
Motl was also promoted to executive vice president of Webster Financial Corp. and will become a member of Webster”™s executive management committee.
