Jayne Rzeczkowski named SVP/COO at Orange Bank & Trust

Orange Bank & Trust Co. has named Jayne Rzeczkowski to the role of senior vice president and chief operating officer.

Rzeckowski joined the Middletown-headquartered bank in 1989 as an assistant branch manager and held the titles of first vice president, corporate secretary and compliance officer; she will retain the latter two titles in addition to her new titles. Rzeczkowski holds several professional certifications, including certified bank auditor from the Banking Administration Institute and certified regulatory compliance manager from the American Bankers Association.
