“Equity Holders Under Siege” author to address Association for Corporate Growth meeting
Peter S. Kaufman, president of The Gordian Group’s Restructuring and Distressed M&A practice, will be the featured speaker at the Connecticut Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth’s next monthly breakfast meeting on Friday, April 1, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the Sheraton Stamford.
Kaufman’s presentation, “Equity Holders Under Siege: Strategies and Tactics for Private Equity Firms,” will be drawn in part from Equity Holders Under Siege, the 2014 book he co-authored with Gordian Group co-founder Henry F. Owsley. A Q&A session will follow the panel.
AGC CT is composed of nearly 300 local professionals in such areas as private equity funds, lending, and service providing, whose focus is on middle-market corporate growth, including mergers and acquisitions, financing opportunities, and business development.
Admission for the April 1 event is free for AGC CT members, $75 for non-AGC members before March 30, and $95 on the day of the event.
