Hexcel names replacement for retiring CFO Wayne Pensky
Hexcel Corp. Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Wayne Pensky has announced he plans to retire on Dec. 31 after more than 24 years with the Stamford company.
The company”™s board of directors appointed Patrick Winterlich to succeed Pensky in the dual role, effective Sept. 1 when Pensky will transition into the role of special adviser to the CEO.
“While he will be greatly missed, I respect his decision and look forward to his continued counsel as an adviser to our team through the end of the year,” Hexcel Chairman, CEO and President Nick Stanage said of Pensky.
Winterlich, who is senior vice president ”“ tax, systems and enterprise reporting, joined Hexcel in 1998 and has held roles of increasing responsibility in operations, finance and information technology.
Hexcel develops, manufactures and markets lightweight, high-performance structural materials including carbon fibers and specialty reinforcements for use in commercial aerospace, space and defense and industrial applications.
