Hermann joined the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball franchise in November 2008 as media relations coordinator, and was previously media relations assistant for the Long Island Ducks. He replaces James T. Toole, who is leaving the Bluefish organization to pursue other projects.

“Paul is an experienced leader within the Bluefish organization and is extremely deserving of this promotion,” Bluefish principal owner and CEO Frank Boulton said. “We are excited to continue to build on the momentum the team has built throughout the past few seasons.”
