Brazilian artist Erika Verzutti to have first U.S. exhibition at Bard

Brazilian artist Erika Verzutti will make her U.S. exhibition in a presentation at CCS Bard”™s Hessel Museum of Art in Annandale-on-Hudson from June 24 through Oct. 15.

“Erika Verzutti: Oil Moon” will feature more than 60 sculptures and wall works created over the past 15 years. Verzutti works with diverse materials including stones, food and tropical plants to present distinctive works inspired by history, current headlines and online phenomena. Verzutti”™s work is in the collections of London”™s Tate Modern, Pittsburgh”™s Carnegie Museum of Art, Pittsburgh and Manhattan”™s Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum.
