Coldwell Banker said Synnott co-listed a 15,647- square-foot retail and office property at 400-410 King St. in Chappaqua, owned by Old School Company LP, and also represented the buyer, King Street Realty Partner, which paid $3,637,500 for the property..
In Brewster, Synnott represented Smoki USA Inc. in its $950,000 purchase of a 14,912 square-foot office and warehouse building at 601 N Main St.
In Larchmont, Synnott represented Post-Beach LLC in the $700,000 sale of their 2,456 square-foot office property at 2180 Boston Post Road to Giovanni2180 LLC.
