Battery supplier franchise opens store in White Plains

The first Batteries Plus Bulbs store in the Hudson Valley region has opened at 300 Tarrytown Road in White Plains.

Owners Eros and Jennifer Corpus are a part of a franchise system with more than 540 stores in 46 states.  Batteries Plus Bulbs offers replacements for more than 40,000 batteries and light bulbs, from cell phone batteries to ATV batteries.

The franchise has become the single-source supplier for all battery and light bulb power needs. Stores even recycle used batteries and bulbs. The Corpuses are hoping their minority-owned business will fill a need in the community for their specific products and services.
