The Savings Bank of Danbury Foundation is now accepting applications from local nonprofit agencies for its 2023 grant allocations.
The grants are designed to support nonprofits focused on affordable housing, arts and culture, community service and economic development, education and health, and human services. The deadline for applying is Oct. 2 and applications are on the SBDanbury.com website.
The Savings Bank of Danbury Foundation was established in 2004 and has awarded more than $2.75 million since its launch. Last year, the foundation awarded $277,500 to 108 organizations in 19 communities.
