The Lovesac Co. (NASDAQ: LOVE), a Stamford-based home furnishing brand, announced that Donna Dellomo is retiring as executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) effective June 30, after six-and-a-half years in those roles.
Dellomo plans to take on a senior strategic advisory role that would provide strategic, financial, operational, and organizational development insight around company initiatives and help ensure a smooth transition of current responsibilities.
Dellomo will be replaced by Keith Siegner, effective June 30. He was previously CFO at Vindex, a global e-sports technology and infrastructure company. Prior to joining Vindex, he served as vice president for investor relations and mergers and acquisitions and treasurer at Yum! Brands.
Additionally, the company announced today that Jack Krause has retired from his role as chief strategy officer effective June 30 and will remain a member of the company”™s board of directors. His current responsibilities will be divided between CEO Shawn Nelson and President and Chief Operating Officer Mary Fox.
