The award-winning, Fairfield-based creative and direct marketing agency Haddad & Partners announced it has merged with PureRed, an Atlanta-headquartered marketing and technology agency.
The financial terms of the merger were not disclosed. In an email to clients, Haddad & Partners founder D.J. Haddad said he would stay on as chief creative officer and president.
“Please know that nothing will change when it comes to our client management style, processes and workflow,” Haddad stated. “We”™re keeping our name, our contracts will stay entirely intact, and we”™ll be the same agency that”™s been delivering quality creative to you throughout the duration of our relationship. All client-facing account and creative teams will remain exactly as is.”
PureRed has a dozen offices across the country and a 500-person workforce. Its current clients include Lowe”™s Home Improvement, Kroger, Rite-Aid, New Jersey Lottery, Sanofi and Kimberly-Clark.
